The Raidho solid oak milking stool is beautifully handcrafted from premium European oak in our Leicestershire workshop. Its traditional design combines rustic character with everyday practicality, making it ideal for both functional use and decorative display.

Available in two lengths, 31.5cm and 45cm, the Raidho offers a choice to suit different spaces and uses. In addition, at 20cm wide and 24cm high, it provides a sturdy, low-profile seat for the home

Natural Osmo Polyx®-Oil Finish

We finish each stool by hand with Osmo Polyx®-Oil High Solid. This durable finish protects the solid oak while enhancing its natural grain, colour and warm character. It leaves a smooth, natural-looking surface while allowing the beauty of the timber to remain the focal point.

Handmade Solid Oak Milking Stool

Each Raidho oak milking stool is handmade in our Leicestershire workshop. We use carefully selected European oak for its strength, natural grain and warm colour. Small knots and changes in grain make every stool slightly different.

The traditional construction gives the stool a strong and sturdy feel. Its compact size also makes it easy to move around the home. Use it as a small seat, footstool or useful piece of occasional furniture.

The Raidho works particularly well in kitchens, bedrooms, hallways and living spaces. Its simple design allows the natural oak to remain the main feature.

Each stool is carefully shaped, sanded and finished by hand. This creates a smooth surface while retaining the natural character of the timber.
