Sowelo Solid Oak Step Stool

The Sowelo solid oak step stool is handmade from carefully selected white oak in our Leicestershire workshop. Its traditional A-frame design combines strength and stability with the natural warmth and character of solid timber.

Handmade from Solid White Oak

We make each Sowelo individually from high-quality white oak. Natural grain, small knots and subtle variations in colour give every stool its own unique character.

Designed for everyday use, the Sowelo features two generous steps. The upper step also provides a useful occasional seat, making the stool ideal for kitchens, bedrooms and other living spaces.

In addition, its wide stance and solid construction provide excellent stability. Meanwhile, the simple A-frame shape gives the Sowelo a timeless appearance that works beautifully alongside other natural wooden furniture.

We carefully shape and sand each stool by hand in our Leicestershire workshop. Finally, we finish the oak with Osmo Polyx®-Oil Original, a premium hardwax-oil that protects the timber while enhancing its natural grain and colour.
